Using Copy Profile

The Copy Profile feature provide the ability for you to create a new claim office or repair facility profile using data copied from an existing profile of the same type.

Use this feature to create a claim office profile from the same or different insurance company.

To copy a profile

1. Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
2. Select the source claim office profile from the Search Results pane.
3. Select Copy Profile from the mini-toolbar. The Copy Profile screen opens.
4. Select the insurance company from the Insurance Company droplist.
5. Enter the office code in the Office Code field. Office codes must be unique. The system does not allow duplicate office codes.
6. Click OK. The Profile Settings screen opens and all data is copied to the new profile.
7. Click on the Company Information link under Basic Settings, and then enter the profile information in the appropriate fields.
8. Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
