Using Copy Profile
The Copy Profile feature provide the ability for you to create a new claim office or repair facility profile using data copied from an existing profile of the same type.
Use this feature to create a claim office profile from the same or different insurance company.
To copy a profile
- Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
- Select the source claim office profile from the Search Results pane.
- Select Copy Profile from the mini-toolbar. The Copy Profile screen opens.
- Select the insurance company from the Insurance Company droplist.
- Enter the office code in the Office Code field. Office codes must be unique. The system does not allow duplicate office codes.
- Click OK. The Profile Settings screen opens and all data is copied to the new profile.
- Click on the Company Information link under Basic Settings, and then enter the profile information in the appropriate fields.
- Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
